Interior Designer and Landscaping Designer PROJECT ARCHITECT Education Level: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture Minimum Experience: 5 years Full-Time Position (Mon–Fri) Job Description The Project Architect will be responsible for developing and collaborating on architectural design for executive projects, including finishes, detailed drawings, MEP design, structural plans, landscaping, and exterior design for luxury residential homes within resort‑style developments. The role involves integration into a multidisciplinary team and management of multiple projects at various stages of development. Ideal Profile Architectural designer specialized in high‑end residential tourism projects, preferably with experience in tourist destinations such as Los Cabos. Excellent command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Office, and rendering software. Knowledge of interior design and/or preliminary engineering design is desirable. Creative, honest, dynamic, team‑oriented, and adaptable to a multicultural work environment with tight deadlines. Ability to lead and coordinate a design studio team.
