This position is available because we believe you can help us tackle some of the world's most exciting challengesOur headquarters are in West Palm Beach, Florida and we have offices in Miami - Florida,Daphne - Alabama, Pascagoula - Mississippi, Columbus - Georgia, Mexico City - Mexico, and Merida - MexicoYou will be part of an exciting and fast-growing Technical Support organization that is cross-trained and multifunctional. Your team is our first line of defense and it's responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and our Field Service Engineers.- Rely on the team’s Support and Lead Engineers to resolve customers' technical issues.- Answer incoming calls from customers with technical requests- Replicate, troubleshoot, and describe customers reported issues- Properly document all communication in our internal client support system- Achieve and maintain targeted call statistics such as number of calls answered, number of cases closed or issues resolved, along with other established goals.- Escalate top priority, production-critical issues to the appropriate technical departments (NOC, SOC, DevOps, or Dev)- Open support tickets with third-party vendors when necessary**Experience**- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal is required- 1+ year supporting PC hardware and software- Help desk / technical troubleshooting experience- Technical knowledge of networking protocols and related technologies- Basic knowledge of malware, intrusion detection, and prevention systems- Experience working with various Windows Server and Client OS versions- Experience with MS O365 and standard windows-based programs- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail**Benefits**- Competitive salary, bonuses- Yearly performance-based salary increases- Flexible Paid Time Off- Observation of all Government Holidays- Continuous education, training, and conferences- Company-sponsored certifications in related field- Company provided financial, management, and leadership training**Job Types**: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoPay: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Aumentos salariales- Días de maternidad superiores a los de la ley- Días de paternidad superiores a los de la ley- Días por enfermedad- Estacionamiento gratuito- Programa de referidosSchedule:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasSupplemental Pay:- Bono anual- Bono de permanencia- Bono de productividadAbility to commute/relocate:- Mérida, Yuc.: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)**Language**:- English (required)
