**DESCRIPCIÓN Y DETALLE DE LAS ACTIVIDADES**:The Senior Service Buyer role is a new position and will ensurethe efficient and cost-effective procurement of logistics, HR, Investment, Facilities services necessary for the company's operations. This includes managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.The role involves managing a significant pool of vendors for Tijuana and Stokesdale plant, focusing on logistics services, including transportation (inbound and outbound), warehousing, 3PL, brokerage and distribution, and the main other service contracts. The Senior Service Buyer will work closely with various departments, mostly supply chain, HR, Maintenance, Sales, Finance, Engineer, to ensure that logistics needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively.- Develop and implement procurement strategies for the main Services to ensure cost savings and efficiency.- Build Business cases for Logistic services (transportation, broker, distribution) to help Ontex team to take the best decisions for the business.- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions.- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that arise.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure they are met.- Manage the procurement process, follow the DOA, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures**EXPERIENCIA Y REQUISITOS**:- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.- At least 5 years of experience in logistics procurement or a similar role.- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team1.- Dealing with change, adapt to change quickly and easily,- Take ownership of the change by looking for ways to make changes work.- **Salary will be discussed during the interview**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: A partir de $10.00 la horaBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Seguro de gastos médicos- Servicio de comedor- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Ingles (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
