Join Resideo's Risk Management Team. You will evaluate credit agencies and promote efficient risk assessment tool usage. You will assist in initiatives including identification and alignment of core processes, and the development of systems, structures and metrics to support the risk process. Credit limit approval of high risk and high dollar volume accounts per Credit Policy requirements. Prepares portfolio analysis supporting the identification of collection opportunities to avoid late payment. and /or default risk. Guidance and mentorship to the Resideo collection departments on risk related issues. Prepares and conducts. risk related training to the region.**JOB DUTIES:- Regional risk analysis- Credit risk agency evaluation- Assist businesses with systems- Review insurance policies- Assist projects and initiatives- Use industry best practices- Recommend process improvements- Develop structures and metrics- Customer Master Data Management**YOU MUST HAVE:- Bachelors degree with emphasis in insurance, business or finance**WE VALUE:- Some experience in corporate risk management- Some experience in an insurance company, or insurance broker- High level proficiency with computer systems- High level English skills- Working knowledge of all insurance coverage's- Problem solving skills- Data management and analysis skills- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines- Working knowledge of SAP AR system- Strong PC skills and experience with EXCEL**WHAT'S IN FOR YOU**:- Great work environment and Resideo benefits area above the law.LI-AA1LI-Hybrid
