Consultant - ERP Quote to Cash (Gts/tms)

Requisition ID: 37820- Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXThe Application Support ERP GTS/TMS (Global Trade System/Transport management support) Senior Consultant is responsible for supporting our existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Mainly supporting day-to-day operations in multiple SAP systems to ensure systems stability and service continuity.**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.- Support Incidents by providing qualified solutions within targeted SLA mainly on GTS solution and additionally on non-SAP TMS solution to some extent.- Support Problems by taking tasks and good coordination with team members within targeted SLA- Communicate with end users to understand actual needs and propose solutions- Sharing knowledge with other team members- SAP customization in cooperation with our Build team- Provide UAT for the OneERP Program and Post go-live Support of existing platforms and modules- Specify and document changes and updates to existing developments with minor supervision- Minor degree of project management may occur- Guide and mentor other consultants when necessary.- Work cross-functionally in collaboration with other team members**Background & Skills**:- High competency of IT processes/concepts- High competency of ITIL process- High level of knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA environment and understanding of the integration with other systems- Deep understanding of the relationship and interfaces between other modules and your own- Significant level of knowledge of the different business segments- Hands on Experience on Compliance management ( SPL, Embargo, License Determination), Customs Management ( Export & Import Declaration, Product Classification, Free trade Zone ), Risk Management, Electronic Compliance- Experience: Over 6 years working experience in SAP S/4HANA within Global Trade System**Employee Benefits**:We are excited to offer you the following benefits with your employment:- Bonus system- Paid vacation- Personal insurance- Communication package- Opportunity to join Employee Resource Groups- State of the art virtual work environment**Danfoss - Engineering Tomorrow**:At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
