Como **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** en Re:fill, serás una pieza clave en nuestro crecimiento. Tu rol combinará funciones comerciales, operativas y de servicio:- **Prospección y calificación de leads (B2C y B2B)**:- Primer punto de contacto con clientes potenciales- **Captación de nuevos clientes** y cierre de ventas- **Atención al cliente vía WhatsApp** y seguimiento postventa- **Entrega de pedidos y órdenes** en domicilio- **Conducción de la camioneta Re:fill** para ruta de entregas (transmisión manual)- **Manejo de inventario**: control de stock en almacén y camioneta- **Registro diario de ventas** y generación de reportes**Requisitos**:- Experiência previa en ventas, atención al cliente o roles comerciales- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización- Licencia de conducir vigente (INDISPENSABLE saber manejar transmisión manual)- Actitud proactiva, resolutiva y con enfoque a resultados**Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo base + esquema de comisiones- Bonos por metas- Herramientas de trabajo proporcionadas (camioneta, línea celular)- Oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollo profesional- Ambiente dinámico, joven y con propósito- Formación en ventas, sostenibilidad y manejo de clientesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: A partir de $10,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
