It starts with a comprehensive 3-week training program, connecting you with instructors, experts, and senior leaders from across the business and designed to help you gain essential knowledge and skills to thrive in Talent Acquisition.In Week 4, you'll dive into real-world experience as a **Trainee** within AMS joining a client account or one of our internal teams. We need to talk**Start date**: February 17th, 2025**This Role**:This is an exciting opportunity to gain thorough experience in international recruitment and Talent Acquisition. We’re proud to work with a fantastic portfolio of clients across multiple sectors and regions.**What you’ll be doing**:- Participating in global recruitment Initiatives- Collaborating with the recruitment team to support the entire recruitment lifecycle- Supporting Employer Branding and Talent Attraction Efforts**You’ll need to demonstrate**:- A clear desire to work in the recruitment industry- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment (in person and / or virtual settings)- Ability to work on a hybrid basis (from an AMS or Client site and from an approved remote location / home) in order to meet AMS and / or client requirements- Verbal and written fluency in English- Availability to start based on the Program ‘go live’ date and commit to full attendance in the office for the initial 3-week training period**Desirable Skills & Experience**:- Previous work experience (paid or unpaid) ideally gained in a customer facing role- Expertise in a market sector**What We Offer**:AMS offers you career opportunities in every direction you want to explore.
