Essentially, you will learn about what makes a successful hire and how we can ensure our clients continue to grow successfully.- Learning the processes which you will need to master to ensure that we consistently deliver for our clients. No two clients are the same and our commitment to delivering excellence means we need adaptable and agile thinkers.- How to manage interviews and the assessment and selection process. We know what it takes to succeed, and we are here to support you all the way.**You’ll need to demonstrate**:- A strong desire to work in the recruitment industry- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- The ability to work through problems and challenges in a practical and logical way- Resilience and adaptability- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment (in person and / or virtual settings)- Ability to work on a hybrid basis (from an AMS or Client site) and from an approved remote location / home in order to meet AMS and / or client requirements- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint- Verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish- Availability to start based on the Programme ‘go live’ date and commit to full attendance for the initial 3-week training period**Desirable Skills & Experience**:- Previous work experience (paid or unpaid) ideally gained in a customer facing role- Expertise in a market sector or talent segment- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent academic qualification- Working knowledge of recruitment technology and databases- Understanding of employment legislation**What you will get from us**:At **AMS** you’ll be valued, recognized, and rewarded and you will be encouraged to grow and develop your career within the organization.**You’ll get**:- A competitive base gross salary $20,000 Mexican Pesos per month- Competitive Benefits- The opportunity to embark on a recruitment career with one of the world’s leading recruitment companies- Full training and support to enable you to be successful in your roleOur core working hours are: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM CSTIf this opportunity excites you and you can meet the above criteria - we’d love to hear from you.1.
