What’s stopping you from joining our award winning team?**Job Description**:- Coordination of shipments of retention campaigns in different channels such as mail, SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp.- Database management for audience segmentation according to to business strategy.- Generation of strategies according to the KPIs and needs of the business.- Management of strategic business campaigns.- Coordination of automated flows through the CRM platform.- Management of metrics (dashboards) and presentation of results.- Constant analysis of the campaigns carried out to generate improvements constants.**Qualifications**:- Excel: intermediate or advanced level- CRM: have worked with at least one CRM previously- Analysis of data- Strategic thinking according to the KPI's of the business.- Ability to organize multiple tasks- Marketing experience- Experience in mass mailings (Direct Marketing)- Experience in digital metrics- Experience in automated flows- Good writing and spellingAdditional Information- Flexible working from home policy- Flexible working hours**_ Equal Opportunity Employer:_**_ Jellyfish is committed to making adjustments in our recruitment process to enable you to demonstrate your full potential.
