We thrive together as a global team, embracing our diverse backgrounds to make a positive impact on the world.Join us in POWERING POSITIVE CHANGEMTD ManagerModule Technology Deployment Manager is responsible for leading and managing the retrofit/start-up team’s activities like tool buy-off, vendor interface, installation, and qualification of new MODCO production lines worldwide (Asia, NA, EU) - in order to release to production new expansion lines with fast cycle time and high start-up yield locally or off-shore. He is responsible to upgrade/retrofit the existing manufacturing lines to cater to new product introductions.This requires very close collaboration with PMO and manufacturing teams - Engineering, Facilities, IE, QA, etc.The position reports to the director of MTD Engineering (Module Technology Deployment)**Key Responsibilities**:Owns retrofit/new module lines deployment at all sitesDevelop, qualify and deploy high-volume manufacturing lines for future site expansionResponsible/lead the supplier’s selection, equipment design, generating acceptance specifications, acceptance testing, installation and qualification, and deployment of equipment/lines to new or existing factoriesCollaborates with facilities team and IE to optimize the lay-out/capacity and size-up facilities utility matrix (FUM) in terms of electrical, CDA, exhaust flow, room conditions - temperature/humidity, DI water, PCW, drain system requirementsCommunicate effectively with top management the progress of the retrofit/new lines and mitigation plans in a regular basisEffectively manages a diverse multi-national team using BKM management practicesMaintains good working relationships with collaborators and contact pointsTravel as needed**Minimum Education and Experience**:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 7+ years of related experience or master’s degree and 5+ years of experience, plus 5+ years of people management experienceAdvanced degree preferred**Job Requirements**:**Experience delivering similar technology into production**: solar or semiconductor/electronics for exampleExperience leading projects of significant complexity, with multifunctional teamsProven track record of delivering retrofit/new lines on time on with goals metTrack record of innovationProven management success and ability to manage a multi-national teamStrong leadership skillsStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills**Pluses**:Experience in solar, semiconductors, or electronics industryMaster’s degree in relevant fieldSignificant international experienceTechnology deployment experienceEqual Employment Opportunity
