**RH**:Raul García****Position**:Business Analyst**Location**:Aguascalientes, Mexico**Industry - Sector**:MALS**What you’ll do?**- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and gather detailed functional and non-functional requirements.- Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.- Develop and maintain business process models, flowcharts, and documentation to capture business requirements and current workflows.- Work with business stakeholders to map and optimize processes, ensuring they align with organizational goals.- Serve as the main point of contact between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication of business requirements and project updates.- Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that business needs are met and solutions are implemented effectively.- Assist in the design and implementation of business solutions by providing input into system design, business rules, and testing requirements.- Validate solutions and ensure they meet business objectives and quality standards.- Support project managers in tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables.- Contribute to the creation and management of project plans, risk assessments, and change management processes.- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and potential areas of improvement for business operations.- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiencies across business functions.- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies that can enhance business operations.- Provide training and support to business users on new systems, processes, or tools.- Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous improvement.**What you’ll bring**:- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or similar for process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation.- Strong experience in Excel for data analysis, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data manipulation.- Familiarity with SQL for querying databases and analyzing data.- Experience with project management software like Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana to manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables.- Ability to map and analyze business processes using BPMN or similar methodologies.- Excellent communication skills with experience using tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom for collaboration.**Soft skills**:Work Underpressure, Quality at work, Results Oriented**What can YOU expect in a career with Capgemini?**- Working in a team environment, Consultants will focus on the analysis, design and development of technology-based solutions for Capgemini’s clients.- You will work alongside technical, functional and industry specialists to assist with the development, implementation and integration of innovative system solutions including methods, techniques and tools.- You will contribute to client satisfaction by providing timely and responsive value-added services and work products.- Capgemini offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.- Headquartered in Paris, France, Capgemini has a presence of more than 340 thousand professionals in Mexico distributed among 3 sites located in Mexico City, Monterrey and Aguascalientes.
