As world leaders in digital technologies including IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation, Chatbots, Block Chain and Cyber Security, Sonata’s people and systems are nurtured to deliver on our commitment to excellence in business technology solutions.**Job Title: Technical Support - Azure Cognitive Services****Location: Mexico *****Rate : 60mxn peso / month*******Role Description**:Responsible for troubleshooting and solve customer technical issues, using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices and transparency within and across teams (e.g. swarming)*****What will you do**:- Knowledge of Azure Cognitive Services- LUIS, SDK app, ML Model prediction accuracy- Strong Python and C# coding skills, along with knowledge of C++ and/or Java- Knowledge of Debugging and validation of Backend Logs- Deep knowledge of API’s (OCR/Face etc) calling API’s, knowing Rest API’s communication, end point, authentication, debugging, capturing traces etc- Azure, AWS cloud development experience- Knowledge of OpenAI will be an added advantage- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to machine learning frameworks and tools.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and cross-functional teams.PREFERRED (Degrees or certifications, green flags, all other)- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field AND 1+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experienceOR- 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience**Why join Sonata Software?*****At Sonata, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
