**Job Title: Technical Support - Azure Cognitive Services**

**Location: Mexico ***

**Rate : 60mxn peso / month**

**Role Description**:
Responsible for troubleshooting and solve customer technical issues, using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices and transparency within and across teams (e.g. swarming)

***

**What will you do**:

- Knowledge of Azure Cognitive Services
- LUIS, SDK app, ML Model prediction accuracy
- Strong Python and C# coding skills, along with knowledge of C++ and/or Java
- Knowledge of Debugging and validation of Backend Logs
- Deep knowledge of API’s (OCR/Face etc) calling API’s, knowing Rest API’s communication, end point, authentication, debugging, capturing traces etc
- Azure, AWS cloud development experience
- Knowledge of OpenAI will be an added advantage
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to machine learning frameworks and tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and cross-functional teams.

PREFERRED (Degrees or certifications, green flags, all other)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field AND 1+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience

OR
- 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
