**The Medication Authorization Specialist manages the prior authorization process for prescription medications, ensuring timely patient access. This role involves working with providers, patients, and insurers to obtain necessary approvals. Requires strong communication, organization, and understanding of medication coverage.****Responsibilities**:- Manage all aspects of the prior authorization process.- Obtain necessary patient and clinical information.- Complete and submit authorization requests.- Track status and follow up with insurance companies.- Communicate authorization decisions to staff.- Document all activities.- Serve as a point of contact for authorization inquiries.- Collaborate with clinic staff and stay updated on insurance requirements.**Requirements**:- C2 English level (proficient communication is essential).- 2+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or the healthcare field.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.- Excellent interpersonal skills to provide a welcoming and professional client experience.**Full time (40 hours per week)****On-site in Roma Norte**Schedule:- Monday to Friday: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Mexico City Time**Salary**: $1000 USD monthlyTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
