Company: VIDA Marketing Location: Remote Pay: $10–$15/hour (USD) Schedule: Part-time → Full-time growth path Working Hours: Must be available during EST business hours About the Role VIDA Marketing is a full-service marketing and operations agency supporting small businesses with sustainable, low-stress growth. We are hiring a Digital Marketing Operations Assistant to serve as the owner’s right hand in day-to-day execution. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, not a passive VA position. You will be involved in marketing execution, quality control, systems, and process documentation. The right person is proactive, detail-driven, and takes ownership before issues ever reach our clients. We understand that this role starts part-time and that you may have other commitments. However, VIDA’s tasks and deadlines must always be met , and once this role reaches full-time hours, 100% focus and commitment to VIDA is expected . The faster you learn, execute independently, and take ownership, the faster hours and compensation can increase. Responsibilities Basic setup, monitoring, and support for Meta Ads Work within GoHighLevel and other CRM systems , including automations Create and edit designs using Canva Assist with copywriting for ads, emails, and funnels Support light web development and website updates Perform quality checks on funnels, ads, and client assets Maintain strong organization across files, systems, and platforms Create and document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) Proactively identify quality issues before clients notice them Proactively raise your hand if you're unsure or something in a campaign seems off Support other marketing and operations tasks as needed Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands-on marketing experience (Not strictly social media posting or general VA work) Resume required (portfolio is a plus) Extremely detail-oriented and meticulous Lives and breathes systems, processes and procedures (is amazing at following a recipe to the T) Strong problem-solving mindset Proactive hand-raiser who flags issues early Able to follow specific instructions and documented processes Self-led and comfortable working with minimal supervision Highly trustworthy and reliable Extremely strong communication skills, because of the virtual nature of this position, overcommunication works best Strong process-oriented thinker Innovative, creative, and excited, we want you to take full ownership of this role. While following guidelines is extremely important, part of this role is creating those guidelines with us . This is a foundational role for VIDA and has potential to grow into a managerial position. Contract Structure & Growth Path This is an independent contractor position with a clear growth plan: 10 hours/week during training (approximately 3–4 weeks) 20 hours/week steady workload after training 40 hours/week long-term goal, with potential pay increases Performance, speed of learning, and ownership directly impact how quickly hours and compensation increase.
