Unconflicted and independent, we are reinventing a simpler future for travel’s complex ecosystem.**What are the Responsibilities of a great SDET Lead?**:- Lead a team of Quality Analyst to ensure quality assurance standards and requirements are met for existing and emerging technology, IT processes and related activities,- Contribute to the definition of quality assurance practices and standards.- Ensure QA testing is delivered on time, within established budget and according to established specifications.- Participate in & support projects such as new module implementations, business process reengineering, customizations and software upgrades.- Represents Company to customers as part of a team.- Contribute to the definition of quality assurance practices and standards.- Supports a DevOps culture- Full understanding of CI/CD- Participate in & support projects such as new module implementations, business process reengineering, customizations and software upgrades.- Understands BU role and responsibilities as they relate to TVPT people, business and clients.- Highly proficient in all phases of TVPT SDLC and BU specific metrics and processes**What we look for/who would prosper in this role?**:- 7+ years’ experience in an SDET role- 4+ years Bachelor’s Degree in, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience- Demonstrated record of progressively responsible experience in QA.- Experience leading projects or small teams.- High-volume technology development/QA experience preferred.- Role-Specific:- Experience with automations tools like Selenium and defect tracking and test case repository tools like Jira and Zypher- Experience on open platform or TPF systems, ideal.- Experience with quality testing tools such as HP/Mercury as well as Automation/performance scripting is ideal**As we evolve and grow as a business, so will you.**You will thrive within an inclusive and diverse workplace where you are encouraged to think differently, and have the courage, confidence & ambition to challenge what’s been done before, and be bold to win**Interested?
