Start your journey.What You'll DoLead the Implementations TeamTo be responsible for the customer onboarding/migration experience determined by the unit type (PIU, CCU, CMU).To directly handle the client relationship in PIU and colleague relationship in CCU and CMU or equivalent experience.Drive the performance of the unit leader, unit CCMs and PIUs and ensure all members of the unit are working efficiently in meeting the goals of the businessCreate a positive, happy, and fun environment enabling all members of the unit to be successful and effective while maintaining a healthy balanceTo be empowered to handle the performance of the unit, while ensuring unit governance procedures are vigorously maintainedHandle the strategy of Implementations and working directly with the Client Management, Sales, and more Global teamsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience leading a team of 10 - 15 membersDemonstrated ability In Implementations within the Business TravelBilingual English - Spanish is requiredGDS Management is a mustLocation MexicoThe #TeamGBT Experience**Work and life**: Find your happy medium at Amex GBT.Flexible benefits are tailored to each country and start the day you do.
