Location- Mexico**JD is as follows**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and manage **release plans**, calendars, and communication across enterprise platforms.- Coordinate all **release activities**including planning, build, testing, deployment, and post-release validation.- Drive **release readiness reviews**, milestone tracking, and change approvals.- Work closely with **project managers, QA leads, DevOps, and infrastructure teams**to ensure alignment on timelines and dependencies.- Oversee **release governance**, ensuring compliance with organizational change management policies.- Manage **release risks and issues**, and develop contingency and rollback plans.- Maintain a centralized **release dashboard**with metrics on release frequency, quality, and performance.- Serve as a **bridge between business and IT**, ensuring mínimal disruption and effective communication of release impacts.- Optimize the **CI/CD pipeline**and automation processes to enhance release efficiency.- Support **audit and compliance**requirements related to software delivery and deployment.**Required Skills & Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.- 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 4+ years in **Release Management or DevOps leadership**roles.- Proven experience in managing **enterprise-scale releases**involving multiple systems and teams.- Strong understanding of **SDLC, Agile, and DevOps**methodologies.- Hands-on experience with **CI/CD tools**(e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Bitbucket, Bamboo).- Familiarity with **ITSM tools**(e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).- Excellent **stakeholder management**, communication, and coordination skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.- Experience working in **regulated or large enterprise environments**preferred.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Certification(s) such as **ITIL**, **Agile (Scrum Master/SAFe)**, or **DevOps**.- Exposure to **cloud platforms**(AWS, Azure, GCP).- Understanding of **release automation**, **infrastructure as code**, and **container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)**.- Experience with **global teams**and **follow-the-sun release models**.
