**Human Resources Administrator****Location**: Tijuana, Baja California**Company**: MCG Corporate Services**Job Type**: Full-time**Monthly** **Salary**: $25,000 - MXN 35,000 per month**About the Role**:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator to support the daily operations of our HR department. Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for employees across multiple locations.You will assist in various HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll support, compliance, and employee record management. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys working in a people-centered role.**Key Responsibilities**:- Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring timely follow-up on all required documentation.- Support the onboarding process by company policies, including document collection, background checks, and drug screening coordination.- Maintain an organized and current filing system for all job descriptions.- Assist in the offboarding process of terminated employees in collaboration with the HR Manager.- Provide support during the annual open enrollment period, including preparation and participation in benefits-related meetings.- Respond professionally to employee inquiries regarding company policies, payroll, and HR procedures, ensuring excellent customer service.- Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, assisting employees, and preparing communications and mailings for the HR department.- Coordinate mandatory training sessions, such as harassment prevention and workplace safety, via internal systems or third-party platforms (e.g., ADP).- Draft, distribute, and archive internal communications and announcements from ownership to employees and stakeholders.- Assist with additional administrative tasks and special projects assigned by the HR Manager.**What We’re Looking For**:- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role- Associate’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (bachelor’s degree preferred)- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus**What We Offer**:- Competitive salary- Opportunities for growth within a supportive and collaborative team- A dynamic work environment focused on continuous learning and professional development**Ready to Join Us?**If you're passionate about Human Resources, enjoy working with people, and want to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from youTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de vidaPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- 22106, Santa Rosa, B.C.: Trasladarse al trabajo sin problemas o planear mudarse antes de comenzar a trabajar (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Disponibilidad para viajar:- 50 % (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencialFecha de inicio prevista: 15/08/2025
