Responsibilities:**Job Description: Technical Consultant****Key Responsibilities**:- ** Client and Vendor Liaison**: Act as the primary point of contact for interface implementation between clients, vendors, and internal product teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.- ** Training Delivery**: Deliver comprehensive software training sessions to clients, ensuring that all users can effectively utilize our products.- ** Technical Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve connection issues and other technical problems that may arise during the implementation and use of our software.- ** Feedback Integration**: Gather and analyze client feedback to advocate for product enhancements and process improvements.**Qualifications**:- ** Technical Expertise**: Strong background in software development, IT, or a related technical field.- ** Communication Skills**: Exceptional ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.- ** Problem-Solving**: Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.- ** Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.- ** Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing client needs and project requirements.**Preferred Experience**:- Previous experience in a technical consulting role.- Familiarity with banking software and systems.- Experience in conducting training sessions and creating training materials.- Previous technical experience installing and supporting core financial service provider software is a plus; examples include organizations such as Finastra, Jack Henry, Fiserv, Fidelity, Open Solutions, Data Center Inc, etc.**What We Offer**:- A supportive and inclusive work environment.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Flexible working hours and remote work options.If you are a technically proficient individual with a knack for clear communication and a passion for helping others succeed, we would love to hear from you
