Lenovo is listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange under Lenovo Group Limited (HKSE: 992) (ADR: LNVGY).**Description and Requirements**:**Key Responsibilities**- Partner with manufacturing business teams to identify operational requirements and design digital solutions.- Collaborate with IT/DT teams to lead solution development, deployment, and integration into existing systems.- Manage projects in both project and product models to deliver smart solutions for manufacturing and supply chain operations.- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including business process re-engineering, automation, and data-driven decision-making models.- Engage in factory construction, optimization, and digital capability enhancement.- 10% to 30% of travel across different Countries (US, Europe, India or China etc).**Requirements**:- 5-8 years of experience in business process management, IT system deployment, data analytics, AI, or management consulting.- Background in high-tech, electronics, or manufacturing industries preferred.- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with manufacturing software such as MES, IIOT, MOM, and exposure to production, quality management, and engineering functions.- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; ability to communicate effectively across cultures and geographies.- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; MBA is a strong plus.- International work or study experience is highly desirable.- Resume in English is required.- Availability to work Hybrid on Lenovo´s Monterrey Plant.**Additional Locations**:- Mexico - Nuevo León - Monterrey- Mexico - Nuevo León - Monterrey- Mexico- Mexico - Nuevo León- Mexico - Nuevo León - Monterrey ,- Mexico - Nuevo León - Monterrey
