Responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust.RESPONSABILITIES- Evangelist for customer service experiences- Handle any customer complaints & bring resolutions to problems- Rapport building with clients- Tracking customer cases in the company ticket tracking system until closure- Responding to customer live chats requests- Answering incoming calls from clients in North America- Making outbound calls to clients to follow up on active support tickets**REQUIREMENTS**:- English proficiency & fluency in North American accent English- 1-2 years’ experience in a call center- College or University graduate- Team player & interpersonal skillsCOMPENSATIONSalary is $12,000.00 per month before taxes for first three monthsPaid training, Schedule RotationHolidays according to US, Mexican legal benefitsshifts to work05:00-13:0008:00-16:0016:00-00:0000:00-06:00Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por periodo de pruebaDuración del contrato: 3 mesesSueldo: A partir de $12,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Horarios flexibles- Opción a contrato indefinidoIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Disponibilidad para viajar:- 50 % (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
