Tu nuevo rol Como Representante de Ventas Farmacéuticas de Alta Especialidad en Novo Nordisk, tus responsabilidades incluirán: Impulsar la venta y el acceso de productos de alta especialidad (Oncología, Inmunología, Hematología) en el territorio asignado. Gestionar y desarrollar cuentas clave de instituciones gubernamentales (IMSS, ISSTE, Bienestar). Liderar y ejecutar el proceso administrativo y estratégico de inclusión de moléculas al Cuadro Básico Gubernamental. Cumplir consistentemente los objetivos de ventas y acceso, manteniendo un historial comprobado de logros de metas. Diseñar y ajustar estrategias de venta y multichannel engagements para moléculas en diferentes etapas de madurez (introducción, establecida, madura). Colaborar de manera efectiva con Gerentes Médicos, KAMs y otras áreas para maximizar la demanda y el acceso a los productos. Cubrir la ruta asignada que incluye Guadalajara (base), Michoacán y Colima, con total disponibilidad para viajar por carretera. Tus skills y competencias Estamos buscando un candidato que cumpla con los siguientes requisitos: Must-Have Skills Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia reciente en ventas farmacéuticas de alta especialidad. Experiencia demostrable en la gestión de cuentas de gobierno y procesos de inclusión a cuadros básicos. Dominio en técnicas de venta, comunicación, negociación, y uso de herramientas CRM. - Experiencia específica en áreas de alta especialidad (Oncología, Hematología, Inmunología, Reumatología). No tener una interrupción de más de dos años fuera del sector de alta especialidad o procesos de gobierno. Alta adaptabilidad para la gestión de productos en diferentes ciclos de vida y para el manejo del territorio. Nice-to-Have Skills Experiencia combinando la generación de demanda con la participación en procesos administrativos de inclusión, preferiblemente en el área de Hemofilia.
