Come, join us on this journey****British American Tobacco Mexico** **has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Implementations Executive in Monterrey**This role aims to design and implement the master digitalization plan for the factory workers analysis. Through digital implementations, the goal is to reduce manual work that adds no value to achieve productivity efficiencies and enhance competitiveness.**Your key responsibilities will include**:- Design, development, and implementation of digitalization projects in the factory, such as: automation of manual reports, consolidation of data from different sources into consolidated result dashboards, visual graphics to support strategy definition and decision-making, replication of digital solutions from other BAT factories.- Ensure the effective introduction of new projects.- Manage the change of digital implementations by considering: User involvement for a real understanding of needs, Communication plan and training plan.**What are we looking for?**- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.- 2+ years’ experience in digital platform/resources implementation or digital projects implementation.- Fluent English (Advanced).- Proactivity, creativity and communication skills.- Power BI proficient.- Advanced Excel.- Programming knowledge such as SQL.- SAP knowledge nice to have.**What we offer you?**- Your journey with us isn't limited by boundaries; it's propelled by your aspirations.
