The Role You’ll Play Lead the creation and delivery of data-driven strategies by analyzing complex datasets and translating insights into actionable recommendations. Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the strategic roadmap for reporting, dashboards, and people analytics capabilities. Partner with technical teams to define requirements and build scalable solutions that enhance data enablement and reporting automation. Develop innovative dashboards and reporting solutions that clearly communicate insights to leaders and cross‑functional partners. Utilize Power BI, Power Query, and SQL-based tools to build, maintain, and optimize analytics assets. Identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities that support strategic planning and business decision‑making. Build strong partnerships across People & Culture, Finance, and IT to ensure analytics are aligned with operational needs. Serve as a trusted advisor on data strategy and analytics best practices within the People function. Experience You Bring 7+ years of experience in data analytics or a related technical/business field, with a strong focus on reporting and insights. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience (additional 5 years may substitute for a degree). 4+ years of experience using Power BI and other visualization tools to build dashboards and reporting solutions. 4+ years of hands‑on SQL experience transforming and managing complex datasets. Demonstrated ability to deliver analytics and insights to senior and executive leadership. Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives. Experience partnering cross‑functionally to inform business decisions, ideally with HR, Finance, and IT teams. Functional knowledge of HCM platforms (Dayforce, Deel, Workday, Oracle, UKG); people analytics experience is a plus. Have we piqued your curiosity? Sound like the role for you?
