At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.**People Analytics Manager****Main Purpose**The HR Ops Global Functions Manager also known as People Analytics Manager will drive the delivery of practical, data-based and actionable insights and recommendations to help our HRLT make informed business decisions and formulate Data Analytics strategies across multiple global functions, responsible to leverage all HR information systems and tools to exploit HR data and engage HR leadership teams to propose and build data-driven solutions to enhance the decision making process within the whole organization.Partner with HR DR&A and HR Ops GPOs to identify where insights or Data processes could drive more meaningful approach to the execution of core HR functional processes.**Accountabilities**- Interpret, understand, and present results to stakeholders, with a strong focus on actionable insights- Support global HR Data Reporting and Analytics strategies to centralize and democratize data resources to HR functionals- Partner with HR Ops GPOs to drive the HR DR&A agenda- Identify new business opportunities within existing stakeholders- Lead the development of Data solutions to support HR Ops GPOs and the global HR DR&A agenda- Engage functional teams to transfer HR DR&A activities into the centralized shared services model- Drive a data science agenda to cross multifunctional internal and external data- Develop and document key findings and analysis through Data to feed into HR Functional processes- Identify and implement service delivery and process improvement opportunities and projects- Connect with HR DR&A teams to develop plans to improve or create services that adds value to HR functionals processesThank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your career**Qualifications/Requirements**:**Education/requirements**- Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Business Management, HR Management or related field of study - MUST- Postgraduated degree in People Analytics, HR Management or related field - DESIRED- 6+ years of performance reporting and Analytics experience.- 2+ years of HR functional experience. - MUST- Experience in varied HR functions is preferred- Excellent written and verbal communication skill: English and Spanish (Written & Verbal skills) - MUST- Ability to consult with client on People Analytics Strategies and Solutions, covering business issues, data science and / or technology solutions - MUST- Data interpretation & Story telling skill - MUST- Critical thinking to "deep dive" data analysis to uncover trends and root causes of HR business problems- Ability to engage with client groups, including senior business and HR leaders - MUST- Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight - MUST- Data Visualization software such Tableau, powerBi - MUST**Relocation Eligible**: Not Applicable**Job Type**: Pipeline
