Obtains quotation, develops proposals and/or negotiates contracts of low value/risk consistent with client requirements. _- _Supports the delivery of tactical buying activity for operational planned spend opportunities within defined operational spend levels _- _Manage transactional buying desk activities and raising purchase orders _- _Quotation analysis and recommendations, consideration suitability/reliability of suppliers to meet operational requirements and as per Client Procurement Policy/Sourcing guidelines _- _Negotiate with Suppliers on Commercial Clauses as per guidance _- _Obtain approval from Client Category Manager on finalized projects _- _Record Savings in the Client Savings Data Base _- _Engagement with operational teams to review pipeline and track savings opportunities _- _Work closely with onshore procurement team and business units to establish and deliver procurement requirements, strategic benefits and compliance to existing procurement contracts _- _Should be able to manage internal / external customers & stake holders _- _Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned_**_- **- _- Required Experience and Skills_**_ _**- _Experience of operational and tactical buying and procurement as part of the overall procurement strategy, and supporting procurement process like Purchase Order (PO) preparation, amendment, issuance and follow up with the suppliers to ensure accurate and on-time delivery_**_ _**- _Domain : Purchasing Experience (Indirect spend) _- _Systems & Tools : Hands on experience on Coupa (preference) /ARIBA or similar systems for procurement / CRM tools_**_ _**- _MS Office Language: English.
