Your tasks1. Es responsable de la supervisión del personal a su cargo y en conjunto lograr metas de producción y calidad definidas para producción. 2. Verifica la utilización del correcto equipo y manejo de maquinaria con apoyo del personal técnico.2. Ejecuta el plan de producción.3. Alcanzar la meta de producción y OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency).4.Dominio de los procedimientos que se indican en la matriz de Responsabilidades, según el área donde se este desempeñando.5. Conoce y participa en el sistema CBS (Continental Business System).6.Realiza revisiones diarias para conocer tendencias y logros de las líneas y de acuerdo a ellas realizar planes de mejora continua.7. Asegura que el producto cumpla con las especificaciones requeridas por el cliente.8. Participar en el análisis de de solución de problemas9.
