Supervises: Contact Center Technologist and other technical delivery resources supporting ERP, ServiceNow, Contact Center, and Consulting services. Type: Full-Time Level: Senior-Level Impact Advisors Mexico provides nearshore consulting and delivery support to strengthen and extend the scope of Impact Advisors, LLC’s healthcare management services in the USA. We support the broader organization in delivering solutions that improve financial performance, clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and technology for healthcare clients. Our collective services include revenue cycle management, financial clearance, EHR/ERP support, data and AI solutions, and application managed services. The preferred candidate must be bilingual (English). This is an onsite leadership role in CDMX with 1–2 days perweekwork from home. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary technology team supporting ERP, ServiceNow, Contact Center, and Consulting solutions. Oversee local IT infrastructure, including network connectivity, security, hardware, and software systems within the IAMX office. Partner with U.S. leadership to align nearshore technology delivery with enterprise standards and client expectations. Manage resource allocation, staffing, and career development across multiple technology service lines. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and data management policies aligned with Impact Advisors’ U.S. standards. Collaborate with delivery and operations leaders to design scalable systems, manage service performance, and meet SLAs. Oversee vendor relationships and technology purchases for Mexico operations. Drive technology modernization, automation, and standardization across internal systems and client delivery platforms. Track and report on technical performance, project delivery metrics, and team KPIs. Provide hands‑on guidance in troubleshooting, escalation management, and project execution when necessary. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (master’spreferred). 10+ years of experience managing technical teams and operations, preferably within enterprise or healthcare environments. Proven experience leading cross‑functional technology groups supporting ERP, ServiceNow, AWS Connect, or related enterprise platforms. Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cloud environments, and security principles. Experience collaborating with U.S.-based technical and operations leadership. Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills in English and Spanish. Highly organized, strategic thinker, and detail‑oriented with a hands‑on leadership style.
