At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Jr Digital Art****Main Purpose****Responsibilities**:**Accountabilities**- Concept, deliver & development skills (templates, layout, design, colour, etc) to create and deliver presentations on time, to a high level of quality across different retail channels- Understanding and conceptualization of the needs established in the brand brief for the development of graphics- Adaptation of existing Key Visuals for presentations, infographics, digital ads, etc.- Ability to design and conceptualize master graphics and adapt to different materiales when needed- Ability to build graphic and simple print designs and concepts when needed- Execute editorial skills to create compelling and mesmerizing visual presentations for Marketing internal use- Digital manipulation (including, product, color, layout, sizing..etc.)- Rapid prototyping (quick mockups)- Modifying designs after receiving feedback- Working in coordination with Business Management and post production to ensure delivery of the master to the brandThank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your career- Have at least 18 months in your current function- Notify your direct leader and HRBP that you are interested on the position- PDR evaluation of at least 2/2 on the last two years- Have not received any warrants and/or disciplinary notifications on the last 12 monthsQualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field (Graphic design, Animation, Advertising, Visual arts, etc.)- 1-3 years of experience in art / graphic design- Language proficiency both in English and Spanish is a must for this role- Strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills- Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making are a must- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign- Basic knowledge of Editing (Adobe Premiere)- Basic knowledge of Motion Graphics & animating (Adobe After Effects)- Knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote- Strong creative portfolio, available online**Non Technical Skills**- Excellent creative aptitude, a refined artistic sense and willing to try new ideas and tools.- Ability to work independently under pressure and interact in a multi-disciplinary team environment.- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and account teams- Effective communication skills:o Communicate clearly, written and orally, to present and defend your ideas.o Be a good listener to understand and comply with customer requests.o Have a vocation for service.o Be proactive in soliciting feedback.o Have the ability to work in conjunction with different areas.- Self-motivation and ability to motivate others to creatively and strategically solve multiple problems at once, under quick deadlines- Ability to prioritize and organize in order to execute projects within established timelines- Accuracy and attention to detail when completing projects.
