No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.**Know more**:PepsiCoJobs**Join PepsiCo, dare for better.****Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**The roles is responsible for supporting the creative versioning of existing and from scratch assets for our North America portfolio of brands to meet customer/consumer needs.**Your Impact**As Jr Digital Art your functions would consist of:- Work in the conception of creative visual ideas based on the objectives to be communicated for different touchpoints like digital banner ads, social media, sizzle videos and equity communication.- Ability to design and conceptualize master graphics and adapt to different assets when needed.- Editorial skills to create compelling and mesmerizing visual presentations for Marketing internal use- Generate fresh, new and innovative art graphics within brand and design standards to support all distribution channels, social media and marketing initiatives.- Ability to rapid prototyping- Adaptation of existing Key Visuals for Digital Ads among others.- Ability to deliver simple print artworks when needed.- Be a brand guardian, following brand guidelines closely.- Detail oriented, with an ability to prioritize, multi-task, and stay organized while responding to last minute requests and adapt to changes on business trends.Qualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?****Education**- Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field (advertising, graphic design, visual arts, etc.)**Experience**- +1 years of agency creative experience in art / graphic design- Language proficiency both in English and Spanish is a must for this role- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects, CS5 or above (Premier Pro or Blender is a plus)- Experience with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments on content creation; experience w/ CPG is a plus- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with teammates, clients and account teams- Self-motivation and ability to motivate others to creatively and strategically solve multiple problems at once, under quick deadlines- Knowledge of PowerPoint- Attention to detail and ability to multitask- Strong creative portfolio, available online**What can you expect from us**:- Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.- Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.- Development programs according to Leadership skills.- Specialized training according to the role.- Learning experiences with internal and external providers.- We love to celebrate success, which is why we have recognition programs for seniority, behavior, leadership, moments of life, among others.- Financial wellness programs that will help you reach your goals in all stages of life.- A flexibility program that will allow you to balance your personal and work life, adapting your working day to your lifestyle.- And because your family is also important to us, they can also enjoy benefits such as our Wellness Line, thousands of Agreements and Discounts, Scholarship programs for your children, Aid Plans for different moments of life, among others.**We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
