**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:- General services administration (cleaning, cafeteria, transportation)- Development of Career Plan for employees- Establish and develop organizational development programs for all departments- Culture planning and management within the organization- Monitoring of Culture surveys- Improvement projects based on Culture survey results- Management of internal promotions- Implementation of employee retention strategies- Collaboration with the updating of job profiles based on the evolution of the organizational structure- Contribution to employee retention and retention plans through organizational culture- Creation of improvement projects based on employee competency development- Employee performance evaluation- Monitoring of HR KPIs- Improvement of processes for staff developmentEmployee motivation strategies**For This Role, You Will Need**:English: Intermediate/AdvancedBachelor’s degree in business administration/organizational psychology or similarComputer Software: Intermediate OfficeOther: Teamwork, Conflict Resolution, Customer FocusRequired: Organizational Development, Statistics, Staff Turnover and Absenteeism**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart**:Continuous Improvement
