If you are a professional with analytic skills, experience in International Logistics, that follow and understand international logistic process then this role is for you**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**- Lead and coordinate International Logistics Network for Ice Cream business- Effective communications skills with global and regional stake holders (MX, EU, DR, BRA, UK, GERM, CH)- Collaborate with Strategic Logistics team evaluating projects and find cost opportunities to enhance international logistics network- Identify risk and opportunities to improve international logistics network, implement action plans to optimize time and reduce logistics costs- Be the link between global procurement team and logistics team to guarantee service, solve logistics issues and anticipate contact/tax risks- Be the key contact with global procurement team for review and give follow up all matters related annual bidding, compliance contract, performance of the carries and new launching annually tenders- Lead the communication between imports and exports players to optimize the network- Deliver 100% OTIF for Imports/Exports and the service level agreement with planning- Continues improvement an standardize process for international logistics network considering EU, BR, GER, DR, UK and China as a main partners**WHAT DO YOU NEED T**O APPLY**FOR THIS POSITION?****Experience**Person with experience managing international logistics through 3PL and carriers. Person with analytic skills in order to improve international network, enhance costs, negotiation skills, proactive and leadership to anticipate risk and opportunities.**Hard Skills**- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, International Logistics, Business Administration or similar- 5 to 7 years in international logistics or managing logistics network through carriers and 3PLs- Excel, P&L analysis- Develop business cases to improve cost and time in an international logistics network- High communications and negotiations skills- Management of multiple projects and operations- Fluent write and verbal English communication**Leadership**- Personal mastery- Passion for high performance- Good capacity for communicate to global and regional stakeholders- Proactive- Purpose and Service**Scope**: Local and global**Location**: Tultitlán**Terms** &**Conditions**: Full time role without relocation support**WHO WE ARE?**Do you want to be part of a company that makes a difference around the world?
