We empower wellness entrepreneurs by providing the tools and visibility they need to grow their businesses.**About the Role**Sofia Health is seeking a creative and skilled Web Designer to craft visually engaging and user-friendly digital experiences. This role involves designing graphics for marketing campaigns, developing website mockups, and assisting with front-end development tasks. You will work closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence tailored to health and wellness providers.**Key Responsibilities**- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs, adhering to established design principles and high typographic standards.- Design and execute creative materials for digital marketing campaigns, social media, ebooks, ads, social media, and more.- Adapt designs across multiple formats, ensuring they are optimized for different platforms while maintaining the integrity of the original vision.- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to translate concepts into polished, visually engaging materials.- Manage the end-to-end production process of design assets, from concept through to final export and delivery.- Ensure timely delivery of design projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality.**Requirements**:- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise, particularly in marketing materials and digital assets.- Exceptional typographic skills with an eye for clean, modern design.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in designing UI components and web assets that are ready for implementation by development teams, with attention to design specifications and functionality.- Portfolio examples showcasing motion work - whether GIFs or full animations, we’re focused on the final result.- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, producing high-quality designs under tight deadlines.- Experience working independently, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.- Excellent attention to detail, with a passion for delivering consistent, polished work.- A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and design innovation.**Why Join Sofia Health?**- Be part of a fast-growing health and wellness startup.- Enjoy remote work flexibility.- Make a meaningful impact in the healthcare space.Pay: $18,500.00 - $20,500.00 per month**Experience**:- Designer: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Remote
