**Title**: Software QA Analyst Near-shore**Location** : Fully Remote MX**Type** : Contract-to-hire**Overview**:**Responsibilities**:- Work as part of an Agile Scrum team to deliver high quality, production-ready software.- Write test plans, develop test cases, preparing defect and test reports.- Lead test plan review meetings.- Work with developers, product managers, IT and technical support to resolve issues.- Define, implement, and maintain QA methodologies, processes, and metrics.**Required Skills**:- 3+ years' experience as a QA analyst or a related position in software development- Experience in industry standard QA methodologies, standards, and best practices- Knowledge of UI, Middle Tier and Database development and testing- Experience in SQL and database testing- Strong understanding of various hardware, operating systems, and database platforms- Agile software development practices- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills- Strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills.**Preferred***- Experience in Mobile testing- Experience with performance testing software / tools- Experience with various automated testing tools and methodsBe a part of the ConsultNet difference.
