We are known for our innovative solutions and high-quality products that serve a variety of industries worldwide.**Job Description**:**Responsibilities**:Manage day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility in TijuanaCoordinate production schedules to meet customer demandOversee quality control processes to ensure products meet specificationsManage inventory levels to optimize production efficiencySupervise assembly and production teams to ensure they meet production goalsCoordinate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure timely delivery of productsWork with maquiladoras to leverage their expertise and resourcesImplement and maintain safety standards and procedures**Requirements**:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control principlesExperience with maquiladoras and working in a cross-border manufacturing environmentExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesPay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
