Digital Forensics Corp. is seeking Collections Agent with exceptional communication skills and technical aptitude to join our growing organization.JOB SUMMARY:- Contact customers with overdue accounts and attempt to either collect the overdue amount or negotiate a payment plan to collect it in installments.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction/expedited issue resolution- Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing- Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer.RESPONSIBILITIES:*- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts- Investigate historical data for each debt or bill- Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments- Process payments and refunds- Resolve billing and customer credit issues- Update account status records and collection efforts- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy (Helpful, but not required)**Requirements**:- Must speak and write English fluentlyPay: $30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- 77500, Cancún, QRoo.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- High school or equivalent (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
