The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.We are seeking an exceptional General Manager with extensive experience in the hospitality industry for a full-service hotel in Tulum. If you are a visionary leader with the ability to manage high-level operations and deliver an outstanding guest experience, this is your challenge**Responsibilities**:- Plan, organize and coordinate the entire operation of the hotel.- Direct, supervise, train and motivate employees.- Ensure coordination between all areas for hotel activities.- Annually budget income and expenses according to programmed goals in conjunction with general management.- Ensure compliance with health, work safety, licensing and other legal regulations.- Supervision, management and control of the administration.- Monitoring of the follow-up to the internal work regulations.**Requirements**:- Minimum experience of 5 years as a hotel manager or similar position.- Use of conversational English.- Knowledge of hotel management practices, standards, badges, laws and guidelines corresponding to the hotel business.- Excellent service skills, customer service, decision making.- Leadership skills and great attention to detail.- Problem management and resolution.**Benefits**:- Benefits above the law.- Results bonus.- Major Medical Expense Insurance.- Benefits and discounts in our hotels.- This company is an equal opportunity employer._frnch1
