Responsible for SSC Finance North America to ensure a high service level provided to the internal/external customers, compliance with the internal and external requirements in the processes under his/her responsibilities and seeking for continuous improvement and process optimization.Education and/or ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business management or finance and accounting and 7+ years related to Finance in a Shared Services environment. Master’s degree preferred.Solid knowledge on Finance and Shared Services operations.Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and influence project teams.Ability to perform work in a highly independent manor.Experience with project management / project leadership skills / Lean Six Sigma projects.Must be comfortable with managing and driving change.Clear and effective communicator. Demonstrated ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the company.
