We are looking for a _Virtual_ Real Estate Transaction Coordinator for a fast growing real estate investment firm.This position requires attention to detail, time management, and professional communication skills. This position will assist with creating a smooth closing process while maintaining a high level of customer service to all clients in the real estate transaction.You will work under our on-site transactions coordinator and assisit them in transactions.You must be a self-starter with great problem-solving skills. Individual should excel in fast paced changing environment. Must have the ability to multi-task, have excellent verbal and written communication and, proficiency with MS Excel & Google Sheets.**Your Responsibilities**:- Manage transactions and timelines (prepare documents)- Provide world class experience to clients- Prepare correspondence & schedule meetings- Document process and procedures**Requirements**:- 3+ years administrative experience- Excellent written and spoken English- College Degree- 1+ years real estate transaction experience preferred- Proficient with Microsoft Excel / Google Docs- Excellent written and verbal skills- Self-motivation and have a stellar work ethic- Postive attitude*Real estate license not necessaryPay is $280 US Dollars a week.Pay: $4,800.00 per weekWork Location: In person
