This individual will play a key role in fostering a collaborative environment, driving project success, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.Your Role Accountabilities:**OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT**- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers.- Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.- Ensure the team adheres to best practices in software development and project management.- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of solutions built on Microsoft platforms.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on project status and achievements.- Gather feedback and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction.- Promote a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving.- Ensure solutions meet high standards of quality, functionality, and user experience.- Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes and methodologies.- Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources, including team members, budget, and tools, to ensure project success.- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices, lessons learned, and process enhancements.- Collaboration: Foster collaboration and effective communication within the team and across departments to ensure project objectives are met.- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and alignment with the company's financial goals.**STRATEGY**- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand team needs and dependencies to better align business processes- Accurately and clearly articulate strategic issues and provide relevant, logical options for solving them- Create comprehensive and meaningful strategy presentations for senior executives- Ability to build a framework and drive development through dynamic business intelligence tools and dashboards for use in ongoing business planning and goal measurement through KPIsQualifications & Experiences:- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role.- Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint development and administration.- Excellent leadership and team management skills.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.- Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and client satisfaction.Not Required but preferred experience:- Certified in Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.- Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Azure and Dynamics 365.- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.- Expertise in data integration, migration, and ETL processes.- Previous experience in a similar industry or domain.- Knowledge of and passion for media, entertainment, and technology industries (including key players, growth trends and drivers, new media models, industry structure,
