The position will focus on SAP IDOC & XML failure resolution, along with sync report monitoring and supporting new business initiatives involving order processing and master data.**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:**Functional Responsibilities**- This individual will review and resolve SAP IDOC & ZML failures in order to maintain integrity of day to day business flows- Monitor data sync reports & execute sync resolution and/or communicate to business/support teams of out of sync issues- This individual will work closely with field business users and HQ/IT support teams to understand needs of the organization and in turn develop/deliver innovative tools.- Work closely with field business users and HQ/IT support teams supporting the SAP Hana solution and designing, testing new robust SAP functionality.- Gather, analyze and streamline business processes to deliver efficiency to the FLNA Supply Chain.- Develop and execute analytical tools, using Excel and Access, which business teams will then use to achieve performance objectives.- Support user acceptance testing for new FLNA project and system enhancements.- Develop and deliver training materials required to implement new tools, enhancements or procedures.Qualifications:**KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or applicable degree preferred- Fluent in English- Strong analytical skills- Working knowledge of SAP ECC & SAP Hana a plus- Practical working/programing knowledge of Excel, Access, VBA & SQL a plus- Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal- 1-2 years experience in Supply Chain- Ability to communicate and articulate opportunities and solutions- Ability to collaborate and influence in a cross functional team environment- Working knowledge of order processing, order life-cycle and/or master data desiredThank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your career
