Área/Departamento:Análisis de datos- Grado de estudios necesario:Profesional- Tipo de empleo:Tiempo CompletoUbicación:MonterreyNuevo LeónObjetivo y actividades del puesto:Objectives- **Responsibilities**:- ead the creation of advanced analytics solutions to help us drive profitability and growth by optimizing resources and pricing.- Own the end-to-end development of the data analytics products: data exploration, modeling and model deployment.- Develop company A/B testing frameworks and test model quality.- Understand and combine data from various sources to create analytics data sets.- Introduce new methodologies, algorithms, tools, and technologies to solve problems.- Collaborate with multiple teams (e.g., Applied AI, Claims, Underwriting, IT) to achieve objectives.- Become a trusted partner for the stakeholders in topics related to data and analytics (i.e., translating data insights into business decisions/actions).- Communicate and present findings or data science projects/achievements to non-technical audiences.- Support ad-hoc business requests which require statistical analysis.- Provide training guidance and assistance to colleagues.Experiência:**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Analytics, Engineering or Computer Science. An advanced degree in Statistics or Predictive Analytics is strongly preferred.- 4+ years of advanced analytics experience.- Experience with Excel is required.- Experience with programming and statistical packages (Python, R).- Experience in data management (SQL).- Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques.- Good Problem-Solving skill is a must.- Communication to different audiences (operations and senior leadership).- Experience in designing and building data science products that influence the business decision-making process.- Comprehensive analytics assessments that will help the business leaders to identify and prioritize actions that will help the business to grow in volume and in profitability.- Translate data driven insights into business decisions and actions.- Horario de trabajo:8 - 5:30- Idioma:Inglés - Intermedio
