**JOB DESCRIPTION**Join our dynamic Global Corporate Banking Latin America team as a Business Manager and play a pivotal role in promoting key initiatives, shaping business strategy, and optimizing performance across the organization. Business Management optimizes business performance by helping to drive key initiatives.As a Business Manager Associate you will act as advisor and counterweight to Business and Group Heads, and are responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks. The role of a business manager is dynamic and can vary from business to business, in line with the priorities of the different lines of business.**Job responsibilities**- Influence strategic agenda and deliverables for Global Corporate Banking (GCB) in Latin America leadership and senior Finance & Business Management (F&BM) management. Gather, analyze and present data and findings to facilitate decision making and business progression- Coordinate financial management including: pipeline oversight and projections, forecasts, annual budgets, revenue reconciliation and expense management- Analyze the market position to develop growth strategies for Treasury Services, Corporate Finance, Markets, Securities Services and other wholesale banking products- Collaborate across product partners, sales teams and business managers to identify client opportunities to help execute business plans- Coordination of the client agenda - client selection and coverage, prioritization, relationship status, growth opportunities, and performance metrics- Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques- Influence production of financial reporting and ad hoc financial analytics and data modeling- Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis- Act as trusted advisor and counterweight to GCB senior management and Corporate bankers- Manage other general issues related to real estate, staffing, corporate requests**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**- 5+ years of relevant and related financial services industry experience, ideally coupled with financial and business management experience- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to synthesize and articulate results to a diverse audience. Knowledge of banking products is a plus- Strong analytical and numeric skills, excellent attention to detail- Team oriented and flexible, with an ability to take ownership over projects and proactively move them forward- Structuring and building quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analysis.
