We are looking for a motivated and proactive Trade Compliance Intern to join our team in Apodaca. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.**Key Responsibilities**:- **Regulatory Compliance Support**: Assist in ensuring that all import and export activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.- **Documentation Management**: Help in the preparation, review, and management of trade compliance documentation, including import/export declarations, certificates of origin, and other related documents.- **Customs Coordination**: Support the coordination with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure timely and accurate customs clearance.- **Risk Assessment**: Participate in risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.- **Training and Awareness**: Assist in the development and delivery of trade compliance training programs for employees.- **Audit and Reporting**: Help in conducting internal audits and preparing compliance reports to ensure adherence to trade regulations.- **Database Maintenance**: Maintain and update trade compliance databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.**Requirements**:- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in International Business, Trade, Law, or a related field.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Basic knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance.- Good communication and teamwork skills.- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is preferred.**Benefits**:- Hands-on experience in a leading multinational company.- Opportunity to work on real-world projects and make a tangible impact.- Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.- Potential for future career opportunities within the company.**Danfoss Industries is an equal opportunity employer.
