Learn more at Job Details Job Function: MedTech Sales Job Sub Function: Clinical Sales – Surgeons (Commission) Job Category: Professional Location: Mexico City, Mexico Purpose This role will be responsible for driving growth in an assigned area in close collaboration with local distribution partners and impacting future account strategies and success. You Will Be Responsible For Clinical support for ABIOMED Impella technology in the Cath lab and Surgical Suite. Developing a commercial and clinical sales plan to achieve assigned growth and revenue objectives, ensuring maximum sales volume of the company’s products and services. Managing sales negotiations with distribution partners. Training distribution partners and hospitals in the region in close collaboration with the regional LATAM trainer. Building relationships with key decision-makers and KOLs in LATAM. Developing strategies to launch new accounts and increase penetration in existing accounts in close collaboration with partners. Establishing effective communication with leaders and managers throughout the company to ensure appropriate sensitivity to sales needs. Participating in scientific conferences, congresses, and trade shows in LATAM, Europe, and the US. Maintaining professional expenses in accordance with company guidelines. Demonstrating strong work ethics and representing the company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism. Ability to travel 80% within the required region. Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor’s degree with a clinical background and at least 5 years of experience in the medical device field, specifically in cardiovascular. Ability to obtain cooperation from others. Ability to negotiate and influence senior executives on important organizational issues. Native Spanish, fluent English; Portuguese is a plus. Strategic sales skills, ability to exercise judgment in selection, methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results. Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly and effectively; proficiency in English. Safe Fleet Requirements Valid driver’s license. At least 3 years of driving experience, preferably on highway zones (between 80 and 110 km/h) with standard vehicles.
