Assure legal requirements implementation and attend audit processes (Union agreements, Mexican Labor Law, STPS, Internal Labor Rules, etc.).Assure awareness, knowledge and skills to all employees into Policies and Processes compliance (ISO TS 16949, ISO 14001, Internal Control, Ethics, Customer requirements, etc.)Assure training plans and programs (Safety, DOS, Quality)Implement Organization Development strategies at floor.Manage student's development program and manage College and University agreements.Coordinate Union development plan and Bargaining Training to committeeImplement Engagement Actions about Training, Career Paths, Succession Plans.Report and analyze Training Progress, Training Hours, Training Open Issues and implement countermeasure to meet targets.Facilitate employee development programs & assure Implementation of training strategy.Manage Onboarding Process for new employees and contractors.Manage budget for training and students.Talent management: Goals establishment, Performance Appraisal, 360°, LTR.Recruitment Selection and coordinate supplier's selection to key positions**Job Purpose**:**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
