**Objetivo de la posición**- Coordinar, desarrollar y asegurar las actividades de calidad de los productos y procesos del área asignada que corresponde a LTS = Life Time Supply.**Actividades principales**- Asegurar que los procedimientos de calidad estén siendo seguidos por el Sistema de Administración de Draexlmaier y por el Estándar de Calidad IATF16949 y VDA6.3- Guiar las actividades de los Supervisores Juniors de Calidad y dar seguimiento a sus asignaciones.- Iniciar y facilitar acciones correctivas basadas en los resultados internos y externos de calidad.- Facilitar acciones correctivas y preventivas a través de un plan de acción priorizado para la mejora continua.- Participar y emitir los paquetes ISIR/PPAP, incluyendo todos los documentos requeridos como parte de la sumisión.**Requisitos necesarios**- Formación profesional: Título Universitario- Educación: - Ing. Industrial, Mecánica, Eléctrica ó afín.- Experiência en: Área de Calidad, Manufactura de sistemas de interiores, Manejo de Personal- Experiência en Industria Automotriz- Idioma: Inglés, 3 Nível Avanzado- Conocimientos técnicos: Requerimientos específicos del Cliente, Norma IAF16949:2016, ISO / ISO 45001, Herramientas para la solución de problemas, Integridad del producto, Analisis de riesgos, Core Tools(APQP, AMEF,PPAP,SPC, MSA), GD&T**Intégrate a nuestro equipo de trabajo y aplica ahora
