La empresaThe thyssenkrupp Business Unit Dynamic Components is one of the leading automotive suppliers and development partners for highly complex drive technologies. Around 3,500 employees produce 27 million drive components per year at a total of ten locations in Germany, Liechtenstein, Hungary, China, the USA, Brazil and Mexico. The product range mainly comprises assembled camshafts, valve train systems and rotor shafts for state-of-the-art combustion, hybrid and electric engines. With our manufacturing and automation expertise, we make a significant contribution to reducing emissions for sustainable mobility.**Qué esperamos**:- Monitor quality assurance complementary to policies and objectives.- Lead in the analysis of customer complaints. Coordinate containment actions and follow-up of corrective actions while maintaining effective communication with customer.- Follow up and update customer portals regarding customer complaints.- Monitor and support changes to operational procedures and documentation for mass production.- Develop and implement quality programs, including tracking, analyzing, reporting and troubleshooting of mass production activities.- Work in multi-disciplinary teams to implement new test, method and inspection criteria and active member of the S2QDC team.- Responsible for studies and activities necessary to increase control and reduce the cost of poor quality.- Generate process flow improvements and updates.**A quién buscamos**:- 3-4 years of experience in quality and automotive industry.- Knowledge in ISO 19011, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standard.- VDA 6.5- Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP)- Problem solving methodologies (5Whys, 8Ds, Ishikawa, etc.)- VDA 6.3- Customer specific requirements.- IATF 16949- GD&T- AMEF.- Formel Q/No///Customer Portal.- CQI 8,9////CQI AG is purchased.- Industrial Engineering or related.- Advanced English*** Tus beneficios con nosotros**- The opportunity to contribute to the business success of the Dynamic Components Group and the thyssenkrupp Group in a responsible positionExcellent training and development opportunities within the business unit and the Group as well as various talent programs**Contacto**:
