**¿Que buscamos?**Software Architect**Tus principales responsabilidades a desarrollar**:- Serve as a technical advisor and thought leader, guiding strategic initiatives and shaping the long-term architectural direction of the platform.- Design and govern modular, scalable, and secure software architectures, promoting reusability, observability, and operational excellence.- Lead the adoption of modern architectural paradigms, including microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectures.- Define and implement robust API integration patterns for internal and external services, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Infrastructure, Data, Security) to deliver high-impact cloud-native solutions on AWS and hybrid environments.- Drive technology selection, evaluating frameworks, tools, and services aligned with evolving business needs and industry best practices.- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards such as PCI-DSS, NIST, and internal policies, embedding secure-by-design principles into all solutions.- Lead discovery sessions, technical deep-dives, and architectural reviews, producing and presenting relevant technical artifacts to internal teams and senior stakeholders.- Provide architectural direction and governance across projects, contributing to Agile ceremonies, delivery workflows, and continuous improvement practices.- Support strategic planning by contributing to solution design, scope definition, and technical estimations.- Mentor and elevate the technical capabilities of team members across the organization, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.- Shape the platform roadmap, aligning the architecture with the business vision.**Requisitos mandatorios**:- At least 3 years of experience on AWS.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex challenges.- Technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.- Strong communication skills to interact with technical and business stakeholders.- Strategic thinking and strong results orientation.- Proficient in designing:- APIs- Microservices- Serverless- Event-Driven- Container-Based- Good understanding of at least the following AWS services:- Lambda- SQS- API Gateway- Event Bridge- Step Functions- Glue- ECS- Cloud Watch- RDS- Dynamo DB- Document DB- Essential understanding of key security standards:- Data Bases- Networking- Security**Preferred Qualifications**- Software development experience in Ruby or Go, better if knows Ruby on Rails.- Experience with payment platforms or solutions, ideally within the SPEI network.- Good knowledge on design patterns.- AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional certification.- Familiarity with architecture frameworks like TOGAF or SAFe.**Soft skills**:- Liderazgo- Gestión de Stakeholders- Resolución de Problemas- Manejo de Conflictos- Construcción de Relaciones- Toma de Decisiones- Comunicación- Proactivo- Pragmático- Trabajo en equipo- Estratega- Control- Adaptabilidad- Creativo- Negociación- Autogestión- En cumplimiento con nuestras disposiciones en materia de protección de datos personales, te informamos que la información que nos proporciones, será tratada conforme al Aviso de Privacidad que encontrarás en nuestra página web.En el apartado: Aviso de privacidad para el tratamiento de datos personales**About Us**:We show commitment to our investors and stand for solid, long-term growth performance.
